- You request the refund within 14 days of your initial payment

3. Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK/EU)
Under UK and EU consumer protection law, you have a statutory right to cancel digital service contracts within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period").
Important Notice
By creating an account and starting to use our service immediately, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the service. You retain your right to cancel within 14 days, but if you have used the service, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
4. Subscription Cancellations
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refund is provided for partial months after the 14-day guarantee period
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- Your service will continue until the end of the annual period

6. How Refunds Are Processed
6.1 Refund Method
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same account
6.2 Processing Time
- Our processing: 1-3 business days
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- Total time: Typically 5-14 business days to appear in your account
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free plan usage (no payment was made)
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day guarantee period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial payment (for new customers)
- Second or subsequent refund requests from the same customer
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
9. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided for the current period
- You retain access to higher-tier features until the period ends
10. Service Credits
In cases of significant service disruption (extended outages), we may offer service credits as an alternative to refunds. Service credits:
- Are applied to future billing periods
- Cannot be converted to cash
- Expire if your subscription is cancelled
